THE PROCESS

Four steps, start to finish, without a dealership visit.

You can complete the entire purchase from wherever you are. Here is exactly what happens, including the part where you pay.

STEP BY STEP

From spec to delivery

01

Match the spec

Use the finder or read the rating plate on any listing. Confirm deck size, GVWR, axle count and hitch type against what your tow vehicle is rated for. If you are unsure, our guides walk through the arithmetic.

02

Place the order

Check out at the listed price. Nothing is charged at this point and no card details are entered on this site.

03

Pay your way

Choose Credit or Debit Card and we email a secure payment link. Choose Bank Transfer and we email wiring instructions. The unit is held for you while you act on that email.

04

Take delivery

We schedule delivery to your address. Inspect the trailer against the paperwork before you sign for it, because that signature is what closes the damage window.

THE PAPERWORK

What arrives with the trailer

A new trailer ships with a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin, usually called an MCO or MSO. That document is what your state DMV uses to issue a title and registration in your name. It is not a title itself. A used unit ships with whatever ownership document it already carries, and the listing says which.

Titling thresholds differ by state. Some states title every trailer, some only above a weight or value line, and some issue a plate without a title at all. Check your own state before you buy. Our titling guide covers the common cases.

COMMON QUESTIONS

About the process

Every listing carries the manufacturer photography and the full spec. If you want something specific confirmed before ordering, email us and we will check the actual unit.

Not at order time. Nothing is charged when you place the order. You pay only after we email you either a payment link or wiring instructions, and you can cancel before that point at no cost.

Note it on the delivery paperwork before you sign. That document is the evidence a damage claim runs on. The shipping policy sets out the window and the steps.

Not through this site. Email us and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can use.
