Payment

In one line: you place the order and nothing is charged. We then email you either a secure card payment link or our bank wiring instructions, and you pay when you are ready. No card details are ever entered on this website.

1. The two ways to pay

Credit or debit card. Place your order and nothing is charged. We email you a secure payment link, you pay through it, and we hold the unit for 5 business days while you do.

Bank wire transfer. Place your order and nothing is charged. We email you our wiring instructions including the reference to quote, and we hold the unit for 7 business days while the transfer clears.

2. Why we do it this way

A trailer is a high-value purchase, and we would rather confirm the unit, the delivery address and the paperwork with you before any money moves. It also means no card number is ever typed into this website, so a breach here could not expose your card.

The trailer ships once your payment has cleared in full.

3. How to spot a fraud attempt

Please read this part. It is short and it matters.

  • We will never email you to change bank details mid-order. If you receive a message claiming our account has changed, it did not come from us.
  • We will never ask you to send payment to a personal account or through a money-transfer app.
  • If anything looks off, stop and call us on (213) 399-4108 using the number on this page, not a number in the email.

4. What we do not do

  • Deposits or part-payments. A trailer is paid in full before it ships.
  • Financing. We do not offer or arrange finance, and we do not advertise monthly payments. The price you see is the price.

5. Taxes, title and registration

The price shown is the price of the trailer, delivered. Sales tax, title and registration fees are not collected by Iron Ridge. You pay them to your own state's titling agency when you register the unit, and the amount depends on where you live.

A new trailer ships with a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin, which your state converts into a title and registration in your name. Our guide on whether a trailer needs a title explains how that works.
