Please inspect your trailer at delivery. If there is transit damage, note it on the delivery paperwork before signing and contact us immediately.
Returns
Because trailers are large, titled units, returns are handled case by case. If you need to return a unit, contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@ironridgetrailersales.com. Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition; return freight and any restocking costs may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned unit is received and inspected. Order cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full.
Manufacturer defects
Manufacturing defects are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty; we will help coordinate the claim.
