Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Iron Ridge LLC when you buy from this site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Iron Ridge LLC, 345 N Trimble Rd, Mansfield, OH 44906. Contact sales@ironridgetrailersales.com or (330) 231-1662.
2. What we sell
New and used towable trailers. We are an independent reseller. We are not a manufacturer and we are not an authorized dealer for any manufacturer named on this site. Brand names are used to identify the maker of a unit and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order and confirm it. Nothing is charged when you place an order. We may decline an order, and if we do we will tell you why.
4. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include delivery within the United States. We take care to price accurately, but if a listing carries a manifest pricing error we will contact you before processing rather than silently charge a different amount, and you may cancel at no cost.
5. Specifications
Deck size, GVWR, axle count, hitch type and condition are taken from manufacturer data. Manufacturers change specifications without notice. Where a spec matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it against the actual unit before ordering.
6. Payment and ownership
Payment terms are set out in the payment policy. Ownership passes on receipt of cleared funds in full.
7. Delivery
Set out in the shipping and delivery policy. Timeframes are estimates and not contractual guarantees.
8. Returns
Set out in the returns and refunds policy.
9. Warranty
Set out in the warranty policy. The manufacturer warrants the goods. We make no separate warranty beyond conforming to the listing description.
10. Registration and titling
Registering and titling the trailer in your state is your responsibility. Requirements differ by state and we cannot complete them for you.
11. Safe use
You are responsible for towing within the trailer's GVWR and your vehicle's rated capacity, and for complying with the towing, lighting and braking law in the states you travel through.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Richland County, Ohio have jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
