How your trailer gets to you, what it costs, and what to do if it arrives wrong.
| What it costs | Nothing. Delivery is included in the listed price of every trailer. |
|---|---|
| Where we deliver | All fifty United States. We do not currently deliver outside the United States. |
| Typical timeframe | 7 to 21 business days from cleared payment, depending on distance and unit availability. |
| Scheduling | We contact you by phone or email once payment clears, and agree a delivery window with you. |
| Receiving | An adult over eighteen must be present. The address must be road-accessible with room to unhitch safely. |
| Damage window | Note damage on the delivery paperwork before signing, and report it to us within 48 hours. |
Delivery is included in the price shown on every listing. There is no freight line at checkout, no fuel surcharge afterwards, and no separate quote. The cart and the checkout both show zero for shipping because that is what it costs you.
We schedule after payment clears, not at order time, because the delivery slot depends on the unit being paid for and released. You will be contacted on the phone number or email address on the order. If we cannot reach you, delivery cannot be scheduled, so please keep those current.
Inspect the trailer before you sign. Specifically: check the frame and deck for transit damage, confirm the lights function, confirm the VIN on the unit matches the VIN on the paperwork, and confirm the GVWR plate matches what you ordered.
If anything is wrong, write it on the delivery paperwork before you sign it. That document is the evidence a damage claim runs on. A signed clean receipt makes a later claim very difficult to pursue, for us as well as for you.
If nobody is present at the agreed window, or the address cannot safely take the unit, the carrier may need to re-attempt. Re-attempts caused by the delivery address being unsuitable or unattended may be chargeable at cost, and we will tell you the amount before anything is rebooked.
