Shipping and Delivery

1. What delivery costs you

Nothing. Delivery is built into the price on every listing. There is no freight line at checkout, no fuel surcharge afterwards, and no separate quote to wait for. Your cart and your checkout both show $0.00 for shipping, because that is genuinely what it costs you.

We deliver to every US state. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

2. How long it takes

Two clocks, and it helps to think of them separately.

• Processing: 24 to 48 hours. This starts when your payment clears. We confirm the unit, prepare the paperwork and book the transport.
• Transit: 1 to 9 days to anywhere in the 50 states.

Allow 2 to 11 days from placing your order to the trailer arriving. Distance is the main variable. A delivery a state away lands at the short end; a coast-to-coast run, or one to Alaska or Hawaii, at the long end.

3. Booking your delivery slot

We contact you once payment clears, not at the moment you order, because the transport slot depends on the unit being paid for and released.

We will use the phone number and email address on your order, so please keep those current. If we cannot reach you, we cannot book the delivery, and that is the single most common reason a delivery runs late.

4. What your address needs

A trailer arrives on a truck, and the driver needs room to work.

• Road-accessible. The truck needs to reach the drop point and get out again.
• Space to unhitch safely. A tight cul-de-sac or a steep narrow driveway can make delivery impossible.
• An adult over eighteen present to receive the unit and sign for it.

5. The five minutes that matter most

Inspect the trailer before you sign anything.

• Check the frame and deck for transit damage.
• Confirm the lights work.
• Confirm the VIN on the unit matches the VIN on the paperwork.
• Confirm the GVWR plate matches what you ordered.

If anything is wrong, write it on the delivery paperwork before you sign, then send us photographs within 72 hours. A signed clean receipt says the trailer arrived in good order, and it makes a damage claim very hard to run afterwards. The full process is on our returns and refunds page.
