FAQ

Straight answers, including the awkward ones.

If something here contradicts something else on the site, the policy pages win and we want to know about it.

Yes. Delivery is included in the price shown on every listing. There is no freight line at checkout and no surcharge afterwards. Scope and scheduling are set out in the shipping and delivery policy.

Two ways. Choose Credit or Debit Card and we email you a secure payment link after you place the order, so no card details ever touch this site. Choose Bank Transfer and we email wiring instructions. Nothing is charged when you place the order.

Only once you act on the payment email. Placing an order charges nothing and commits nothing. You can cancel before paying at no cost.

No. We do not offer or arrange financing, and we do not advertise monthly payments. The price on the listing is the price.

Within the window and conditions set out in the returns and refunds policy. A trailer is a freight item, so returns work differently to small goods and the policy says exactly how.
